What do you day-to-day?
I am leading the implementation of a new truck load building solution for P&G plants and distribution centers across North America in order to increase vehicle fill rate of P&G trucks, save transportation costs and reduce P&G's carbon footprint.

What made you choose P&G over other career options?
P&G offered me the opportunity to manage large-scale innovative projects, combining business and technology, and all this as I graduated from university.

Describe P&G's work environment and culture.
P&G promotes work-life balance by allowing flexible hours, by setting up several sports teams and promoting the many diverse cultures represented in our employees in the Toronto office.

What do you like most about working for P&G?
I find it motivating to work every day with great people, committed to their work, located in the United States, Europe and Asia. I love the international nature of my work.

What do you consider your greatest achievement in your personal life?
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (5895 m) in December 2009 is definitely my biggest physical challenge/achievement to date.
