What do you do day-to-day at P&G?
In the role of Account Manager I work closely with my retailer/customer to develop joint business strategies to grow the market share of our brands while optimizing growth of the retailer's total category. My day to day decisions are focused primarily around distribution, the shelf set and merchandising. In order to make those decisions I leverage the help of an internal multifunctional team

What made you choose P&G over other career options?
I chose P&G because of it’s reputation for investing in training and developing their people, providing challenging and meaningful work and a corporate culture grounded in the PVPs (Purpose, Values & Principles).

Describe your most exciting day, week or project?
The most exciting project I have led so far in my career has been re-inventing the entire department strategy for Health and Beauty Care at my customer. This extensive project spanned over two years of work that has included various multi-functional groups at P&G and stakeholders at the customer. It has resulted in significant category growth for the retailer and for P&G beauty brands. It has been very rewarding walking into stores and seeing the footprint of the work done executed in stores.

What do you like most about working at P&G?
Easily the greatest thing about working for P&G is being able to work with the "best of the best" everyday. The people at P&G are talented, supportive and fun. You are constantly learning from your peers and the sense of collaboration and camaraderie makes your work even more enjoyable.
