What do you do day-to-day at P&G?
My day to day work is a unique combination of strategic planning, team building, and creativity. As an Assistant Brand Manager I oversee the national operations of my brand - This means planning for the future, managing the present, and learning from the past. I identify the unique needs of the Canadian consumer, and seek to craft plans and products to improve their life. An important part of my work is to partner closely with world-class agencies that help bring my plans to life in an awe-inspiring way. As the gate-keeper of my brand, it is my job to harness the global resources of P&G to help build my business.

Describe your most exciting day, week, or project with P&G?
One of my P&G accomplishments that I am most proud of is a summer program that I created as an intern. This program asked our senior leaders to challenge our summer interns with a P&G strategic issue. The interns were given the resources and the contacts needed to formulate real solutions and present recommendations to the company. The goal was to tap into the fresh perspectives of our interns to help provide new solutions to tricky problems. This program has taken off and is now into its 3rd year!

What excites you most about your future with P&G?
I am most excited about the unbelievable amount of training and development that marketers receive at P&G. A career at P&G is filled with global opportunities, constant challenges, and ongoing development. How many other companies can say they operate in 180 countries and have over 50 leadership brands?

Tell us why you are proud to be working for P&G.
This is a company that I am proud to be a part of. I am proud of our winning brands, our dedication to the Canadian consumer, and our super talented people. This is a company that proves that you can be relentlessly competitive in the market, yet be human and purpose-inspired in the way you treat customers, consumers, and the environment we live in.
